2019 REEL Community Spelling Bee and Games Tournament
As part of our efforts to ensure that children in our communities enjoy learning privileges that will put them at par with peers globally, REEL Foundation hosted the second edition of the REEL community spelling bee and Games Tournament in Agbado, Ogun State on Friday, April 19th, 2019 There were approximately 200 children at this second edition and over 40 adults including parents and teachers. Community Spelling Bee & Games Competition 2019
As part of our efforts to ensure that children in our communities enjoy learning privileges that will put them at par with peers globally, we are organizing community games and spelling bee tournament for children in Agbado and its Environs. We successfully put together the maiden edition (the first of its kind in Agbado) in 2018 and over 15 schools and 190 children were present at the tournament. COVID-19 Food & Book Distribution
It is no longer news that the COVID-19 pandemic has been surreal and resulted in unprecedented occurrences across the world. The lockdown has affected economic activities across Nigeria especially in the affected states as such there’s a lot of angst, despair and uncertainty.
